The “Cafe Paris” season coninues Saturday night with a performance of Cesare Franck’s Symphony in d-minor, Copland’s El Salon Mexico, plus two works by Sarasate: Carmen Fantasy and Zigeunerweisen. Our music director, Enrique Diemecke, is in Europe working on a recording project, so we’ll be working with guest conductor Bartholomeus Van de Velde.
